HE'S HERE!!!!
It's been a great day!
It "started" at 3:00 a.m. with a puddle on the floor next to my bed.
It "ended" with a beautiful well nourished baby boy at 7:55 this morning when I received him into my arms.
All 9 lbs and 4 wonderful ounces of him!
I couldn't have asked for a more perfect birth....
{Well, except for the stitches.}
We're pretty sure his name is Devon.
Now, let the real fun begin!

Wow, Julie. Jewelry and a hair accessory while giving birth! That is impressive. But, not as impressive as natural child birth in your home in a pool of water! Way to go!

Congrats Julie! I guess that means you'll be ready for the next big project sometime this weekend--I'm always amazed at how soon you're ready to be out and about after a baby--but on the off-chance that you're not, I want to bring dinner in and/or have the other kids over soon (we're getting over a sicky germ around here so we'll wait till we won't spread the joy). Sometime I want birth details!

Thanks everyone! He is way bigger. LUCKILY it didn't make it any harder on me....i think it's all about head size. :) I know I'm crazy, but I was so excited I HAD to share. I just blogged while I sat and nursed and my mom helped do laundry. Hopefully I'll get around to more of the story before he starts to wake up more! He's a such a cutie!

I'm impressed! Eddie's four months old and I haven't even wrote the blog post yet! :) congrats! He's beautiful! Hope things are going well. Four is fun, really. Much more fun than three. Love you!
