They even canceled school today for the first time in 30 years in LV on account of the snow...
We've had so much fun enjoying the record snowfall over the past 24 hours and pray it will stay on the ground as long as possible!!!
Our only casualty:
Our poor little broken tree paid the price....but it was worth it!

We are enjoying it too!!!! Kenny was "late" for work too!!! We love the way our yard looks and the mountains! Can you believe it!??!?!?! YEA!
we are jealous back here....we had ice for the 2nd day and no school either....but its not even fun to play in.....I bet your kids were amazed by the snow! I love the photos.....and hey maybe you'll have your first White Christmas....lol
ok so this is the worst week for it to be snowing because i chose this week to try and work 4 10 hour days. On normal weeks I can manage it by leaving my house at the same time as usual, but I save an hour each way by driving myself. The snow however defeats the advantage for me! grrrr. Long days this week. :)

I was vigilant in shaking snow from trees and our patio cover, I didn't want anything broken. It worked! Sorry about your tree. The snow has been really fun. I was actually out getting the mail and saw Justin and Patrick on Sandy Dr. I have a picture with them in it. I'll have to get it to you!
Where do you live? You seem to have gotten more snow than everybody else. The snow is very fun! We got your snow storm today here! We already had 3 inches from a couple days before! Happy White Christmas!
We are so jealous. We didn't get any to stick on the ground out on this north end. Monday we went out and were able to find a couple of inches at butterfly park.
This snow was so magical. My only casualty was that my camera charger was at nic's parents and I couldn't get any pictures of us playing in it our our little christmas house glowing in the snow! Tragic. Glad to see you all got out and got cold and wet!

I still can't believe you guys got snow!! We got it in the mountains, but not on the valley floor. Looks like you had a FANTASTIC time playing in it!!
