she surpassed all of my expectations with this sleeping trick.
oh yeah....pay no attention to the 10lb diaper please....
i'm sure you would NEVER allow such a thing to happen.
what cuddly concrete!

post-breakfast napping....it's what happens when you like waking up at 5:30 a.m.
i can't get enough of dallin's little smirks an occasional full on grins. he has been grinning for 2 or three weeks but not often enough to get a picture....until yesterday.
If only i had a picture of me holding my large camera next to my head...which is probably what he actually thinks is funny!
Through the Lens of a 4 year old...
I guess Justin wanted create his own portfolio too.
I just thank the heavens for digital cameras!

I can't believe that she can sleep like that. How long was she like that? Those pictures that Justin took are pretty good. Its fun to see what a 4 year old think is worthy enough for a picture. Maybe I will have to let Joshua try one of these days.
Her sleeping skills are impressive! I love it. In face all three of your most recent posts are so fun and adorable! You make motherhood look like the joy that it is! Loves!
That was like some crazy science balancing experiment involving paperclips and spoons. Maybe it was the weight of the diaper acting as some stabilizing agent...? Ha! I loved Justin's pictures. Why? Why do kids take pictures of stuff like that? So funny.
That is just hilarious! Kids crack me up.
I am in awe she can sleep hanging off the counter. You would think she might suffer from those dreams where you feel like you're falling, but she would be woken up by the actual fall. Cute kidos, Julie. I think Justin has an eye for photography!
How does she do it?! That's pretty amazing. There's gotta be some contest that you can enter these pictures of Anna sleeping into- really, it's pretty remarkable.
Sweet little Anna!
I'm impressed. That is a serious skill. Kids are amazing.
I love the new pics and blog look. I keep thinking I need to change mine up a bit.
I love that collage at the end. It's so funny to see what kids see sometimes!
I'm amazed that Anna hasn't fallen off those bar stools...that's scary for a grandma. Dallin's grin is sooo cute. I like Justin's pictures, note the intricate grains in the oak furniture and the view from his level. Have I told you lately that I love your blog... and you and your sweet family!!!!! Love, MOM
I love it! Seriously, how she does not hurt herself boggles my mind. A post breakfast nap would be nice, though... but the 5 am wake-up would not be. And the 10 lb diaper... absolutely not. Never...
I wish I could just fall asleep like that! What a great thing that would be! Not sure I want to sleep on concrete though, and I'm sure I don't have the balance needed to sleep on the counter like that! Amazing!
And the smiles!! Is there anything better than watching your tiny baby grin at you?? If I was writing my own version of "These are a few of my favorite things" - baby smiles and laughs would be on there ;)
What a great blog! Thanks for sharing :)
What a cute post...again! I seriously had to do a double take - I can't believe Anna was really sleeping in that position! She is adorable. And Dallin is getting so big!
I love Justin's pictures. He has some great close-ups and interesting camera angles.
The sleeping position is incredible, there's no other way to put it.
What talents she has!! Dallin is getting so big so quick- and Justin's pictures are classic!!
have you considered getting this gal checked for narcolepsy?
