My little brother Nick and his wife Erina were in town for a month! Too bad it won't happen for another 2 years! They have now moved to Germany from Japan where Nick is stationed int the Air Force for 4 years. Patrick and I have wanted to go to Germany....

Did she show you how to make this meal? If so can you teach me! It looks great. Germany is beautiful in the late spring and summer. I hope you do get to go out there sometime while your brother is there. It is also surrounded by other countries that are fun to visit too real quick while you are out there.

Ok, I wish I knew someone who could cook fantastic japanese meals!! That is so cool! So out of the ordanary casserole or chicken! HOW FUN!

Of course you can add me to your list. I just haven't gotten that far on my blog, but I can definitely see why it is so nice as I find more and more friends who are already doing this!
